The management of Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd is committed to the pursuit of QUALITY in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2005, for each and every project undertaken by the company.
Muhibbah concept of quality involves high standards of workmanship, conformance to contract specifications, quality management and planning and continuous development of workforce.
Muhibbah focus its direction towards achieving customer satisfaction from all its projects by continuously improving its processes by setting up Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound (SMART) objectives for all departments to ensure cost effective, innovative and high-tech products and system.

Safety and Health Policy Statement
Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd (MEB) will conduct all its business activities in a safe and systematic manner through proper planning, training and organization to achieve our Safety and Health objectives.
We will ensure the following measures to achieve these objectives:
- To treat Safety and Health with the highest priority and demonstrate visible leadership in all of our business activities by providing adequate resources necessary to manage and communicate Safety & Health commitment, expectations and accountability in the same manner as any other critical business function.
- MEB shall assign clear emphasis on Safety and Health responsibilities to all employees as a fundamental part of their duties.
- MEB shall comply with all requirements of legislation related to Safety and Health as stated in the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, as well as other approved regulations and codes of practice.
- MEB shall proactively identify, manage associated risks and abide to the accident prevention scheme in its activities to minimize impact to its employees, stakeholders and communities.
- All Safety and Health information and literature shall be disseminated and well communicated to all staffs including sub-contractors.
- MEB shall ensure continual performance improvement to its Safety and Health Management System through periodic meetings, programs, audits and reviews.
Environmental Policy Statement
Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd having recognized the importance of environment for sustainability of future generation has committed to pursue, implement and continuously improve the Environmental Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001: 2015 for each and every project undertaken.
The Muhibbah’s concept of Environmental Management involves optimization usage of natural resources, preserving the environmental through prevention of pollution and minimizing environmental impacts.
This is achieved through,
- Establishing, implementing and maintaining the Environmental Management System by continuously improving its processes by setting up Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound (SMART) objectives, targets and Environment Management Programme (EMP).
- Conducting training for all the employees of MUHIBBAH for them to understand their role and responsibility in establishing environmental management system that meet and excels client / statutory requirements.
- Ensuring conformance and commitment against the relevant environmental compliance obligations.
- Encouraging environmental sustainable concept through all MUHIBBAH activities.
- Consideration of environmental aspects and impacts in all business strategies and initiative.
- Communicating the company’s Environment Policy to all persons working for or on behalf of the organization, interested parties and made available to the public.

- Crane Division - Favelle Favco Cranes in Malaysia received the ISO 9001:1994 Certification
- Muhibbah successfully upgraded to new ISO 9001:2000 Certification
2004
- Muhibbah receives new ISO 14001:2004 Certification
- Favelle Favco Crane upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 Certification
2007
- Muhibbah received new OHSAS 18001:1999 Certification
2009
- Muhibbah upgraded to OHSAS 18001:2007 Certification
2017
- Muhibbah received new UKAS ISO 9001:2015 Certification
- Muhibbah received new ISO / TS 29001:2010 Certification
- Muhibbah received new JAS-ANZ ISO 9001:2015 Certification
