Muhibbah
Engineering (M) Bhd was appointed as the Engineering, Procurement,
Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) Contractor to construct the RAPID
Temporary Executive Village (RTEV) and RAPID Temporary Management Office
(RTMO).
The RTEV and RTMO projects are located on Pengerang, Johor.
RTEV consists of 42 blocks of type A, 50 blocks of type B and 2 blocks of type D accommodation.
RTMO consists of 4 blocks of type A, 2 block type B and 1 block type C office.

LNG Regasification Facilities comprises of Island
Jetty and Structures, with topside facilities including LNG Unloading
System, LNG Regasification System, Boil off Gas Compression System, LP
Booster Pump & Suction Drum Package, Gas Export, Metering, Pedestal
Crane and Others Utilities System such as Hypochlorite Generator
Package, Nitrogen Generation Package, Instrument Air Compressor &
Dryer Packages, Emergency Diesel Generator Package, Open & Closed
Drain System, HVAC System, Firewater System, Sea Water System, Control
Room, Caissons etc. |
The
Samalaju Port Development Project involves the design, fabrication,
procurement and commissioning of the Conveyor System Facilities.
Phase
1 of development projects includes one pipe conveyor approximately
2000m long dedicated to handling aluminia. It is also includes 3
conventional conveyors making up 3 import systems for a range of
materials, 3 stockyards, 3 stackers and a control centre for the whole
plant.

The
Yemen LNG Project, marine package, generally consists of the
construction of a 350m jetty built 800 meters offshore. The jetty was
designed to a depth of –40m ACD catering for LNG vessels of capacities ranging from 70,000 m3 to 205,000 m3. The jetty was also designed for a wave height of 7.8m with provisions for earthquake acceleration. Other associated works include a water intake / outfall structure, pumping station and outfall basin, electrical substation and navigation aids. |
